Location Based Time Clock
Our built-in employee time clock allows staff to clock in our out directly from their mobile phones. We know what you are thinking…using iBeacon technology, your staff must be onsite and within 20 feet of the device to clock in, preventing unauthorized time punches. We also allow you to control how early for a shift the staff can clock in.
Automated email and SMS communication
Many of the built in reports generated in the application automatically email staff and managers when new data is submitted or changed. This makes things extremely efficient and transparent.

Shift swapping
We know that staff can drive you crazy asking for time off or switching shifts with each other. Our shift exchange system allows your staff to give up a shift which then notifies other staff members that are “eligible” to work. When an eligible staff member requests to pick up the available shift, managers are then notified. If the manager approves the shift swap, both staff members are notified and the schedule is changed in real time. The manager can of course deny a shift swap which also notifies any related staff members.
